The Korean hero of King of Fighters, Kim Kap Hwan! Markers and colored pencil for flesh, late 2000. My favorite character by default cuz he's Korean like me. But even besides that, he's a good character with good moves. That's right, SNK know how to design at least one good Korean character. Chang and Choi are total scrubs.
